SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders typically ship the same day from North Carolina. In some cases, orders may take up to 48 hours to ship depending on order volume. We do not ship on federal holidays. RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

If you need to return any unopened items, please email us at info@natureshomeremedy.com within 24 hours of receipt. If the return is not due to an error on our part, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Items must be unopened and returned within 7 days of receipt.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return the item. We will offer a refund or exchange once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Kratom is restricted in some parts of the United States. We are not able to ship to these states, counties and cities, and we do not ship outside the United States.

California — State health authorities restricted the retail sale of kratom products statewide in October 2025. We currently ship to California addresses outside the city bans listed above. Please check your local position before ordering.

Local rules change. If your area is restricted we will contact you and refund your order in full rather than ship it.
