Our 50:1 extract, encapsulated. Where plain leaf capsules hold milled kratom powder, these hold concentrated extract, which makes them a very different product to buy and a very different one to use. Each size 00 capsule holds about half a gram of extract — the same fill weight as our plain leaf capsules, which is exactly why the two must not be treated as interchangeable. They are sold in a 25-capsule bottle, a 60-capsule bottle, or a full kilo of capsules for shops stocking an extract line.
The important thing to understand about this category is the concentration. A capsule of extract is not comparable to a capsule of leaf powder, and the two are not equivalent products. Intended for experienced kratom buyers and retailers only.

Extract capsules or extract powder?
The capsules exist for convenience and for portion control — an extract that is pre-portioned is much harder to overdo than one you are eyeballing from a bag. If you would rather have it loose, and want to control the amount yourself, the 50:1 extract powder is available in 1 oz, 4 oz, half-kilo and full-kilo sizes. Shops usually carry both: the powder for regulars, the small capsule bottles for the counter.

How extract capsules sit alongside leaf capsules
If you already stock our plain leaf capsules, extract capsules are not a replacement for them — they are a second, smaller shelf aimed at a different customer. Leaf capsules are the volume product: half a gram of ordinary kratom powder, bought by the hundred, taken regularly. Extract capsules are bought in twenty-fives and sixties by people who already know leaf kratom well and want something concentrated.
That difference should show up in how you present them. Shops that shelve extract next to leaf at a similar price point tend to have customers treating the two interchangeably, which is exactly what you do not want. Extract deserves its own space, its own price point, and a word of explanation at the counter — start with the 25-count, not the 60.
This is a leaf extract, not a 7-OH product
Two very different things get sold as “kratom extract”, so it is worth being explicit about which one this is. Ours is a conventional extract of Mitragyna speciosa leaf — the leaf is concentrated, and the alkaloid profile is the one the plant produces. Nothing is isolated out, spiked back in, or made in a lab.
The other kind is a 7-OH product: extracts, tablets and gummies built around isolated or semi-synthetic 7-hydroxymitragynine, at levels well beyond anything a kratom leaf contains. That is a different product in a different category, and it is not what we sell — not in this listing and not anywhere else on this site.
To be plain about it: we do not sell 7-OH. This is kratom leaf, concentrated. Nothing isolated, nothing added, and no semi-synthetic kratom derivatives of any kind.

What does 50:1 mean? It describes the concentration ratio of the extract — it is a far more concentrated product than plain milled leaf.

How do I tell a leaf extract from a 7-OH product? Read the front of the label. A 7-OH product names 7-hydroxymitragynine, usually with a milligram figure beside it. A leaf extract states a concentration ratio — 50:1 in our case — and lists kratom leaf as what is inside.
